2-Policies:

The company’s policy is to prevent accidents, which are a major concern for all employees.
This includes the safety and well-being of our employees and customers, as well as preventing waste, inefficiency and damage to property and equipment.

3-Applicability:

This safety policy applies to all employees of WE PLUS GROUP.
Each employee is expected to adhere to the safety policy, as well as occupational safety and health standards.

4-Execution:

This safety policy supports a maximum of six basic methods of employee intervention:

  • Management commitment to safety.
  • Safety meetings daily toolbox in all functions.
  • Effective job safety training for all categories of employees.
  • Business risk analysis provided to all employees.
  • Audio and/or visual safety presentations delivered on the premises by a safety engineer.
  • The Safety Manager will meet at least once a month to assess all areas of safety
  • Make recommendations to the General Manager to award various incentive awards for exemplary safety performance.

5-Administration:

  1. The safety policy shall be exhausted in accordance with the guidelines established and published in this procedure and other related procedures.
  2. Specific instructions and assistance will be provided by the manager upon request.
  3. Each supervisor will be responsible for meeting all safety policy requirements, and maintaining an effective accident prevention effort within his or her area of ​​responsibility.
  4. Each supervisor must ensure that all accidents are thoroughly investigated and reported to the General Manager on the same day of the accident.
